Charter Day at the Capitol is HERE!
Last year, nearly 1,700 advocates showed up - even in the rain! This year, we’re back (rain or shine) to keep the tradition going strong. This powerful day connects us directly with Lansing’s decision makers, showing off the vibrancy, passion, and diversity of Michigan’s charter school movement.
Registration is open to all educators, parents, advocates, and students ready to make their voices heard!
This form allows you to register up to nine people. If you're registering a group of 10 or more,
please fill out our large group registration form found HERE.
---------
*We will have 1,500 t-shirts to wear to show our unity to lawmakers so they can see how significant the MI charter school movement is. We can't guarantee sizes and it is recommended that large school groups wear their school swag.

*While CDAC 2026 stands on its own as a highlight event, it's also the perfect lead-up to our
Charter Schools Week celebration, May 11-15.
Charter Schools Week Activities— letters to lawmakers, school social media takeovers, MiCharter Hero luncheon, and Michigan charter student art contest with cash prizes.
Even if you can't make it to Charter Day at the Capitol, we encourage you to use one of our activities, or your own, to connect with your lawmaker during Charter Schools Week to let them know all families deserve to be able to make the best educational choice for their child.
