After 30 years of studying creativity, filmmaker and futurist Erwin McManus saw that "the great divide is not between those who are artists and those who are not, but between those who understand that they are creative and those who have become convinced that they are not." How can we transform schools into hotbeds where creativity blossoms? And how will that creativity need to change and take new shape as the world around us changes?

This session explores the characteristics of each generation, how to retain your newest faculty and staff, and how to leverage them to bring out the best in your team.
